Becky Koontz is a Certified Reverse Mortgage Professional (CRMP - NMLS #195897) that primarily helps clients in New Mexico and Colorado. It’s her goal to help as many people as possible to live a fulfilling life after retirement.
Becky Koontz is the Reverse Mortgage Specialist at Senior Reverse Mortgage (NMLS #1625267) in Albuquerque, NM. She travels throughout the entire state, and even over the CO border, meeting with seniors and their families to help them navigate the reverse mortgage process. A senior herself, she loves working with fellow seniors and helping them to find better solutions for their retirement years. Many of Becky’s clients refer their family and friends.
Becky has been a loan officer for 9 years. Formerly in the medical field specializing in providing services to seniors, she says the transition into Reverse Mortgages was easy. She does both reverse refinance and reverse purchase transactions.
Becky also works closely with Realtors. She has been approved to to teach real estate agents a continuing education class teaching called, “Using a Reverse Mortgage on a Home Purchase”.
Becky has lived in Albuquerque for the past 33 years with her husband. She loves to spend time with her sons, daughters-in-law, grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
